What makes it a challenge?

You want to support mental health at work. But every time you try to start a conversation, people get uncomfortable. They look at their shoes. Change the subject. Or worse — crack a joke because they don't know what else to do. The intention is good, but the execution feels forced. Sound familiar?

⚠️

The Stigma Wall

Mental health feels 'too personal' for work. Employees worry that admitting stress or burnout will make them look weak or unprofessional.

⚠️

Wellness Programs That Nobody Uses

You launched an EAP. Sent out mindfulness tips. Hosted a lunch and learn. And almost nobody showed up or opened the emails. The resources exist. The conversations don't.

⚠️

Managers Don't Know What to Say

Team leads want to support their people but fear saying the wrong thing. So they say nothing. Silence feels safer than accidentally causing harm.
