1. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use JamSocial. By using the platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and update your profile as necessary.

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful or prohibited activities, including harassment, spamming, or violating the rights of others.

3. Termination

JamSocial may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

JamSocial is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from your use of the platform, including loss of data or personal information.

5. Refund Policy

All payments for JamSocial services, including Jam Bingo and event tools, are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or usage has begun. If an event is canceled or postponed, you may contact us. Refunds are at our discretion and depend on the extent to which your Jam Bingo was used (e.g., if players have joined). If approved, we may credit your JamSocial account to use Jam Bingo at a future event.

Refunds for technical issues may be requested within 7 days of purchase at melvin@thejamsocial.com. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. JamSocial reserves the right to deny refunds due to user error, lack of participation, or dissatisfaction unrelated to service functionality.

6. Prizes

JamSocial partners with third parties to provide prizes to event participants. By taking part in any JamSocial events or promotions offering prizes, you agree to the following terms:

• We reserve the right to decline to award prizes at our discretion.
• Any fraudulent activity, including creating Jam Bingo games to claim prizes dishonestly, may result in account suspension or banning of associated users.
• If we are unable to contact participants who qualify for a prize, we reserve the right not to issue the prize.
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other items unless explicitly stated.
• Participants may be required to provide valid contact information or complete verification steps to claim prizes.
• We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses related to prize delivery or third-party fulfillment.
• Prizes may be subject to additional terms or restrictions imposed by the prize provider.
• By accepting a prize, participants may be required to comply with any applicable local laws, taxes, or regulations.
• JamSocial reserves the right to modify, substitute, or cancel prizes at any time due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Affiliate Program

JamSocial offers an affiliate program where you can earn commissions when others create a Jam Bingo using your referral link. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

• Eligibility: Only registered users of JamSocial who have been approved for the affiliate program are eligible to participate.
• Commission: Commissions are paid out in USD. You earn a commission only when someone uses your referral link and creates a paid Jam Bingo.
• Tracking: Commissions are tracked via your unique referral link. Any attempts to manipulate, fraudulently generate, or bypass tracking may result in disqualification and account termination.
• Payouts: Commissions are paid on a monthly basis once the minimum payout threshold is reached, using the payment method selected in your affiliate account.
• Restrictions: Affiliates may not use spam, misleading advertising, or other unethical methods to promote JamSocial. Violations may result in commission forfeiture and program termination.
• Modification & Termination: JamSocial reserves the right to modify the affiliate program, change commission rates, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
• Taxes: Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on earned commissions as required by local law.
• Account Suspension: Any fraudulent or unethical behavior may result in suspension or banning from the affiliate program.

Privacy Policy

At JamSocial, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy outlines what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.
