If you’re not happy with Jam Bingo or it’s no longer the right fit, you may contact us through the Help page within 60 days of the date you signed up to request a full refund.
To qualify for a refund under our 60-day money-back guarantee, your Jam Bingo must not have been meaningfully used. “Not used” is defined as having fewer than 3 players join the game.
If 3 or more players have joined your Jam Bingo, the service will be considered used and no refund will be issued.
If you make use of Jam Bingo as defined above (3 or more players joined) and cancel your subscription before your billing date, you will still be charged for the amount due at the point of cancellation. Your subscription will then be cancelled and no further charges will apply.
There is no lock-in, and you may cancel anytime. However, cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund unless the conditions above are met.
Refund requests for eligible accounts will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. JamSocial reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the 60-day window or do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
