If approved, we may credit your JamSocial account to use Jam Bingo at a future event.
Refunds for technical issues may be requested within 7 days of purchase at melvin@thejamsocial.com. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. JamSocial reserves the right to deny refunds due to user error, lack of participation, or dissatisfaction unrelated to service functionality.
