The Real Challenge

Engaging in meaningful conversation and networking is a skill. Most students have a hard time with communication and also face intergenerational communication barriers, making it difficult to build confidence in social and professional settings.

⚠️

Surface-Level Conversations

Students stick to safe topics like majors and classes, missing opportunities to genuinely help students practice networking in a meaningful way.

⚠️

Cliques Dominate

Coming from different places, students often don't know each other at all. Pre-existing friend groups rarely expand, leaving many isolated.

⚠️

Breaking the Initial Ice

The hardest part is helping students break the initial ice when meeting as a group for the first time. Without structure, conversations stall before they start.
